Orders are sent 2nd class with Royal mail. please allow up to 14 working days to arrive.

we are a small business with only 1 person making products so please be patient with all orders placed, we strive for delicious chocolate treats made perfectly. All orders are packaged sufficiently to avoid breakages/damage

REFUNDS/RETURNS: We are happy to refund any items with issues, we will need the item returned to us within 14 days of receiving and in its original packaging. We are unable to refund items that are not returned to us, disposed of or eaten.
